These are the best ones I found, more breathable then the rest! I tried several kinds! When you are leaking a lot in the beginning you want breathable you don't want all that moisture sitting against you, it will only make you more sore.
On another note, don't accidentally leave them in bra and wash them! They will make a horrible mess! :)
